In a hypothetical large-scale domestic conflict structured around modern political divisions, heavily Democratic (“blue”) states in the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast—such as Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts, and Vermont—would offer the most aligned governance, institutional backing, and population support for defending democratic constitutional norms.
NOTE: This video was produced more than two years ago, before Trump lied, threatened, and cheated his way back to the white House to avoid prison for what he did on January 6, 2021. Some of the possible predictions mentioned are now happening.
Democratic-Aligned Strongholds
The Pacific Coast (Washington and Oregon): These states possess robust, self-sustaining economies, secure geographic boundaries (bounded by the Pacific Ocean and mountains), strong agricultural and tech sectors, and state leadership firmly committed to democratic institutions
New England (Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine): Consistently ranking high in social stability, community resilience, and overall safety indexes, New England features deeply entrenched civic institutions, strong regional cooperation, and relative distance from primary logistics choke points
Still There Would be Internal Fragmentation: Political scientists and conflict analysts emphasize that a modern American conflict would not resemble the clean, state-vs-state battle lines of the 19th century. The primary division is urban versus rural rather than neat geographic regions, meaning virtually every state contains internal ideological friction.
True safety in any prolonged disruption relies less on state political labels and more on local resource security, including access to fresh water, regional food production, and community-level cohesion rather than macro-level state alignments.
NEVER FORGET who the real Donald John Trump has been for more than 70 years. And he hasn’t changed. He’s much worse!
This morning, an email landed in my in-box with another unintelligent rant from Michael Moore. During his way-too-long knee jerk reaction to a 90 minute anything-but-a-debate that took place on CNN on June 27, 2024, Moore said, about halfway through, “I’m not a doctor. I could be (and hopefully am) wrong about all this. But I do have eyes. They don’t lie.”
During Moore’s rant about what he saw, there was one name he never mentioned, Donald Trump (if the traitor’s name was there, I didn’t see it after reading the piece once and scanning it three times), who didn’t answer any of the moderator’s questions and repeated all of his fascist lies that have been repeated so many times in the last few years, I doubt anyone has been able to keep count.
After all, Traitor Trump learned from a master: Adolf Hitler and his Nazi Party about repeating big lies. “Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth”, is a law of propaganda often attributed to the Nazi Joseph Goebbels.
I didn’t watch the original live debate, that wasn’t a debate. It takes two or more people to have a debate and the only person on that stage struggling to debate was President Biden. Traitor Trump repeated his campaign slogans that are all lies and have always been lies going back to the day he came down that escalator in Trump Tower on June 16, 2015.
After the debate, I started reading the reactions and summaries about the CNN disaster that didn’t challenge Traitor Trump’s lies.
As for me, it took an effort to set aside all the panic and criticisms I was hearing and reading about President Biden and wait a few days to learn more and come to a conclusion. I’ve learned through the decades, I turn 79 in August, that it helps to wait before reacting to something unless it’s a life and death situation like when I was a US Marine in Vietnam being shot at. We don’t have time to think then.
Moore said more shit like, “He’s 81! What do you expect? You’ll be 81 someday!”
Well, Michael Moore, I’m much closer to 81 than you are and I don’t agree with your mindless knee jerk rant.
Then on June 29, I watched this video. That is the day after the debate that wasn’t a debate, and I didn’t see the same Biden from the day before. By then, I’d seen the worst of Biden’s performance on the 28th
Before writing this post, I also watched an unedited ProPublica interview with Joe Biden from September 2023, nine days before his interview with conservative Republican Special Counsel Robert K. Hur, who had worked in Traitor Trump’s administration before he was appointed to oversee the DOJ’s investigation into classified documents found at Biden’s Delaware home. That was no different than hiring a hungry wolf to guard a flock of sheep.
After watching the June 29th video, I wrote a poem comparing two men, although I have problems thinking one of the two is human. I’ll leave it up to anyone that reads this blog post who I think that one is.

Here are America’s Worst Presidents. Traitor Trump was ranked the #3 worst president by the 2022, Siena College’s Presidential Expert Poll, #4 by the 2021 C-Span Presidential Historians survey, and #1 by the 2024, Presidential Greatness Survey.
I also suspect Traitor Trump is allegedly responsible for Biden’s performance on June 28, 2024. It’s not impossible.
Donald Trump’s spokeswoman, Katrina Pierson, who is as ignorant as the Donald is and probably has the same narcissist ego, took to Twitter and blamed President Obama and Hillary Clinton for the death of Captain Humayun Khan, who Trump insulted when he insulted the hero’s parents when the mother did not talk at the DNC.
But Captain Khan sacrificed his life to save his men from a suicide bomber in 2004 when G. W. Bush was President, four years before Obama was elected president.
Of course it isn’t Katrina’s fault if Trump ordered her to do it. From what I’ve read of his business history based on the experience of people who once worked for him, the Donald is an extreme micromanager and no one does anything without him knowing and approving.
In addition, this is what I’ve been thinking. Captain Khan deliberately risked and then lost his life to give his men time to fall back from a suicide bomber rushing their position in a car. Why did he only get the Bronze Star, why not the Medal of Honor?
How was it Hillary Clinton’s (HRC) fault? Because in the Donald’s twisted brain, she voted for the bill that approved the Iraq War.
On 60 Minutes, Donald Trump clearly blamed HRC for voting for the bill that approved the Iraq War – watch the next video to hear him say it with your own ears – and you will also hear that he didn’t blame Mike Pence, his VP running mate, who not only voted for the bill that authorized the Iraq War, but authored it. That means Pence helped write the bill. All HRC did was vote for the bill. Since then, HRC has publicly admitted she made a mistake signing the bill that approved the Iraq War, but Pence has never admitted it was a mistake that he wrote and voted for it.
In the 60 Minute’s clip, Trump also claimed he never supported the Iraq War since the beginning.
However, FackCheck.org reports that “On September 11, 2002, Howard Stern asked Trump if he supports invading Iraq. Trump answers hesitantly, “Yea, I guess so. You know. I wish it was, I wish the first time it was done correctly.”
Conservative Critics often dismiss fact check sites that reports conservative lies, because they think these sites are biased against conservatives – even though the same fact check sites report the lies that liberal politicians also say in public – but that doesn’t change the fact that Trump said what he said in 2002.
In addition, on January 28, 2003, Trump appeared on Fox Business’ “Your world with Neil Cavuto,” on the night of President Bush’s State of the Union address. Trump says he expects to hear “a lot of talk about Iraq and the problems,” and the economy. He urges Bush to make a decision on Iraq. “Either you attack or you don’t attack,” he says. But he offers no opinion on what Bush should do.
How can anyone that is sane, who’s knows about this and calls themselves an American citizen, support Donald Trump?
